Elivion is not a pay-to-play platform. Verification is based on real documents, real audits and real tests — higher levels demand stricter scrutiny. And verification never changes an evidence score: the science is graded independently, whether a company is verified or not. Elivion Verified is earned, not bought.

Manufacturer track
For brands, laboratories and producers. We verify products and formulations, services, supply-chain integrity, and marketing claims against published evidence.

How long does verification take?
Level A (Basic Verified) typically takes 48 hours once all documents are submitted. Level B (Trusted) requires 1–2 weeks for legal entity checks and policy review. Levels C and D involve deeper assessments and are scheduled individually — we'll give you a clear timeline after your initial application.
What if I fail verification?
Verification is not pass/fail — it's a process. If your documentation doesn't meet the requirements for your desired level, our team provides detailed feedback on what needs to be improved. You can resubmit at any time. Many companies start at Level A and work their way up.
Can Elivion revoke my verification?
Yes. Verification can be revoked if a company violates the Elivion Code of Conduct — for example, submitting falsified documents, making unsubstantiated claims, or failing to maintain the standards required by their verification level. We conduct periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All submitted documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We are fully GDPR-compliant. Verification documents are only accessible to our internal review team and are never shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your documents at any time.
What is the Code of Conduct?
The Elivion Code of Conduct requires truthfulness in all submitted materials, authenticity of documents, full disclosure of relevant business information, and commitment to evidence-based marketing claims. By applying for verification, you agree to uphold these standards as long as your verification is active.
